Why are tacky bling mods always in the West end?

So I notice when Im looking over used bike ads on Kijiji, that the gayed out bikes with bullet hole stickers, valve stem skulls, faux carbon fiber, badly installed rim tape, ebay body kits, Korea LED lights, etc etc etc.

These bikes are Almost always for sale in the mississauga/brampton section! what's the deal with that?

hahah same could be said of the east end ... I've visited with friends a few "mint" bikes on the east side of town and when you arrive you see fresh plastics for sure but also evidence of bikes having gone down

I agree - just check out Fallen Riders section - 99% of riders going down are from East End... the reminder 1% was a bike in the West End that was rear-ended by East End dude...
