I'm working on this problem. Not sure what it is yet.
A work around is to go to your settings->General Settings->Number of Posts to Show Per Page: Change to 40 and you'll be able to see all the posts.

Not sure why...but any thread with ....'s at the end of the title ends up having problems when it gets to multiple pages!
I edited out the .'s on all the threads reported and everything works....I think!

Just as an aside Paul. Since you went to the new format with the site, I find that it is extremely slow loading and moving between threads. I've tried it on 2 different computers here at home and find it about the same. Any ideas why?

Does the server have mod security installed on it? That's what it looks like to me. The ... doesn't work on page 2+ cause then you end up with .../page2 which would match a rule for ../ which is a common way to try and access other directories when exploiting web pages and therefore a common rule put into mod security.
