    Additional Things To Watch For

I noticed this story yesterday and thought, great now we need to watch out for out of control boarders on hills. This hill is very steep with sharp blind turns, what a jerk. I certainly hope the pending charges are on the boarder and the rider is OK.

What are the chances of that?! Who knew we had to watch out for skateboarders?! I wonder what went through the rider's mind when he saw the boarder tearing it up towards him. GWS, both of them.

That's a tricky stretch of road even with a proper braking system. As I recall, there's already one roadside memorial on the northwest corner of the T-intersection that the long-boarder was headed towards.

Its a problem in Dundas too. ONe of my favourite riding roads in the area.

Not only do I have to watch for these guys now, but also the increased police presence.

A few months ago I was riding east from Belfountain and came across a group of five or six boarders on the Hairpin at The Forks. I thought that it was a little odd, but at least those guys had the good sense to go very early in the day and use spotters. It looks like the one on the weekend was there by himself.
