09/20/2010 Easbound Gardner @ York

I was up on the Observation deck of the CN Tower last night around 11:00pm outside when I heard a Bike (Sport Bike) winding it out across the Gardner, by the time I made out where the sound was exactly coming from amongst the other traffic I spotted the rider East bound on the Gardner taking the York Exit and subsequently ending up into the wall..ouch!
1 minute I hear the awesome sounds of a Sport Bike the next tires screeching, that bone chilling crunch then silence, I saw a few cars stop, by the time I made it down to ground level the Cops had the exit closed and the amulance was just showing up.

that exit is killer, just look at the wall as you drive down the exit, they have to be cleaning that once a year to get all the paint scrapes off of it...hope the rider is ok...
