It really clashes with the logo and colours you have for the logo. Part of the dislike is its new, and were used to something else, but the colours, if they can, should be matching the logo. The logo looks as if it were just planted in a template.
its hard to read....and compute the information.....it takes my head way too long.

I'm on another forum that uses this design/software as well. Now I won't be able to tell the two apart. If I start blathering on about guitars, please stop me.
I prefer the old format, frankly. But what can you do - technology marches on and we are powerless to stop it.

Almost all the forums I frequent have been changing to this style. I also hate it. I found the older one to be clearer and cleaner.

Its the light blue, pink, pastel faggoty colours. The manly hard blue is easy to read, now it takes 5 minutes to distinguish the threads.
this colour scheme has all the makings of pure gaymanlove.

Hate hate hate the new UI - it's a disaster. WHO builds this **** - puts it throiugh any kind of UA testing and launches it as an "upgrade"?? The vbull UI guys should be shot. Terrible.
If there's any chance to return to the old layout - do it - else you're losing this user who JUST got into this sport and loves this community!

not a big fan of this upgrade either...the old one was ALOT better...
not gonna say i hate it.. may just take some getting used to. the only problem i have is all the soft blue and grey colours all mash into 1 and i cant distinguish between anything as quickly. it was a nice surprise though.. killed some more time !
This is the default template for version 4. I'm sure you would be saying the same thing with the old 3.x software the forum was using if he had the default template. Changing the look and colour of the template, like the old one, isn't a 2 minute job. Why don't you give him the weekend and start crying about it again on Monday.
there should be a colour option blacked out

Why is this supposed to better? What's the 'upgrade' part?
I can see that it's different alright.

Holy cow, you guys sure can yell loud enough about your dissatisfaction with a free service! I mean, it's not a great UI, but "HATE HATE HATE " and "Designers should be shot"?
Y'all need to get out and get laid or something. Sheesh.
