looks like too much throttle and/or sand on the road.
Seen many of videos of that corner and mostly were because of one or the other.

a lot of people blame that black patch on the corner.
I'm gonna make a guess and say too much throttle. He maintains it through the majority of the corner but before he's out of the apex he's back on it again, you can hear it... He exceeded the 100 points of traction, fell down, went boom
...Then one day you realise your 'knight in shining armour' is just a retard in tinfoil.
He's on the brakes too hard(and too late),when the video's in slow mo you see the *** end shaking and the brake light comes on

my guess:
1. he's not hanging off the bike at all, in fact, he appears to be "counter-leaning" or leaning the wrong way relative to his bike
2. he's into a decreasing radius turn and hit's his FRONT brake while his bike is leaned almost all the way over
3. while he's still got his bike leaned all the way over, just after he let's off the brake, he gives it some gas (you can see his right hand messing around on the controls just as he's about to lose it and hear his engine start reving up) and loses traction.

brake light comes on and then the rear slides out...
Just what BusaBob said, hes made the rear light, then gave it gas.

Boyoboy if that guard rail could talk, I'm sure it would have more than a few stories to tell. Look at the abuse its taken.

What feels better than banking a motorcycle over into a corner?
He's not hanging off but looks like he was trying to get a knee down for the camera leaning the bike over too far. It you pause it at 0:45 you can see a skid line on the pavement to the left of the tire skid marks that doesn't appear to be there before. As he slides it looks lined up with the kickstand. My guess, He grounded hard parts taking weight off the rear, Getting on the front brake mid corner further reduced ground clearance. being on the throttle didn't give him a chance to recover.
I'm gonna say he got on the gas too early. If you watch the first guy he brakes, cracks the throttle open, maintains throttle, then he gets on it after the apex/exit. Guy who crashed got on the gas way before the apex/exit. The fact he's basically upright on the bike didn't help either.
Buy who knows, could be sand on the road or his tires could be garbage.

so many different reasons... whats the real reason
Yeah, I'd have to agree with what's already been said. He wasn't hanging off, he hit the brakes, and too greedy with the gas. That said, did you see how crossed up the first guy was? Damn, surprised HE didn't lowside, but then, he didn't get very low. Imagine how much faster he could be if he had proper form.
Nothing to do with the brake he just got on the gas too early and too hard. If he washed out the front you could say it was brakes, but he lost the rear which means too much throttle at the lean angle. Getting on the gas after releasing the brakes should transfere the weight to the rear thus giving MORE traction to the rear if applied properly.
