    [Official] MotoGP Thread

Haven't seen any general MotoGP threads, so here it goes...

I'd like to begin this thread off by analyzing the upcoming race. Personally I think Rossi has got a chance at a podium finish. And I'd say about 25% chance for 1st place. That's if he can keep up with Pedrosa and Lorenzo. I think after the crash Rossi has lost his confidence, and the general mayhem that led him to victory.

I don't know if he has lost his confidence but he isn't 100% yet.

Give it a few hours and chimera will be in here and she will give you the lowdown.

Rossi will ALWAYS have a shot at a podium finish.

He's just probably more laid back now since he's moving to Ducati, and "his work is finish" with Yamaha.

I think Rossi is just fine, Rossi could drop 25% of his confidence and still be faster than the pack. He's going to work hard and finish the season then go to Ducati and show poor Nicky how the red bike should go.

I'm liking watching races where Yamaha or Duc or Honda may be a winner, it just makes for better racing.

I hope ducati figures something out. If Stoner keeps falling off he's gonna go on a nervous rampage in the paddock.

Hayden may not go as fast, but he at least gets to the finish line. One knee slider and all.

On another note, on the BBC they were saying the announcement should be made this weekend that Rossi's crew and J.B. will be heading to Ducati with Vale.

You may have to replace Pedrossa with Rossi in your prediction.

Capirossi is going to Pramac next year
Hopefully he gets back some of his success being on a Duc again.

I know he hasn't being doing well lately, but I'm glad he's still not out of it.

Just finished watching today's race, damn what a race it was, had my hands clapping with the excitement of some of the battles, didn't think that lorenzo would catch up, cant wait to see what next weeks race brings, hopefully it will be as exciting as today, that would be a great way to end the season!
