Bike down on HWY 7 just west of Leslie earlier this afternoon

At about 1:30 pm, I was riding East bound on Hwy 7 where 2 lanes were being diverted to the far left lane. When I finally passed the two Police cars blocking the center and right lanes of the road way, I saw a big Cruiser down, black and lots of chrome, in the center lane. A Harley, maybe a Boulevard? Seemed to have extensive front end damage. It looked out of whack, a bike down with front end damage but nothing around it, in the center lane.

I didn't see biker at the scene. I didn't see another vehicle that might have been involved. I hope the rider is okay, and I just didn't see him, though the EMS may have already come and gone, and perhaps the police were just diverting traffic untill the bike could be taken out of the middle of the road?

Anybody see this too, or have more information?
Hope the rider is doing fine as the bike sure is not.
