as much as I'd love to go on this ride, I'm busy that weekend. this is the route we take from barrie when we go to tremblant in the winter. if you are looking for accommodations, there's a condo we stay at in Saint-Jovite, which is about a 5 minute drive from Mont-Tremblant. I dunno if they will do an overnite stay, but I can provide you the details if you like. we go thru ottawa to the cumberland ferry to cross over into Quebec. last feb it was $8 for cars, not sure what it costs for bikes, it's well worth it to not sit in traffic to cross the bridge in ottawa.

the only thing you'll want to watch out for is the road between Montebello and Saint-Jovite, there used to be some really wild twisties somewhere along that road (can't seem to pick it out on the map, but it's closer to tremblant) and they are tearing it all up to build a new, straighter road . I'll admit, it was rough in places before, but god it was fun in a car, even in the winter. they were only about half done the construction when we were up there in Feb, so I don't know if they'll be done or not yet, just a heads up.
