It's hard to tell. A simple bump in the road is not enough to cause that.
If I was a betting grrl, I'd bet that he hit a bump and that his fork seals are also blown, causing the front end to float and lowside. Came close to that myself recently with two blown fork seals and one fork completely empty of oil. Hit a bump and the bars SLAMMED into the right side of the tank. In a lean, that would have been enough to go down.
P.S. I didn't crash. And my forks are now fixed!
That guy better go buy a lottery ticket cuz he is the luckest person I've seen in quite awhile... there was two cars on that corner going the opposite direction just seconds before he lost it.
can he sue the city /county where ever he is for a collision like that, for not fixing a road?
