welcome!

It's been three weeks since I completed the Rider training course at Humber College. I trained with these aging 250cc Yamaha Virago machines, not my particular type of ride but with nothing to compare it to, these rides pretty well for a newbie such as myself. I had tried a Yamaha YZ, but that was so long ago that I eventually forgot how I was able to ride the thing.
I was hoping to receive a 750cc bike ('87 Kawi zx750r) the week after I finished the Training course but I am still awaiting for its arrival up to this date. Disappointments aside, I can re-read the Proficient Motorcycling book by D. Hough and get some more pre-riding know-hows but who am I kidding, reading is not the same as riding.
With my two days of riding and 4-ish hours of inclass instruction, I have so much to learn and to experience so I am looking around for resources that can point me in the right direction. I will take some pictures of the bike when it becomes available, believe me.
welcome!
I’d rather be riding my motorcycle thinking about God than sitting in church thinking about my motorcycle.
