with all the ABS talk recently....I have to ask

    Maybe a stupid questiong but.....

Can you do stoppies, wheelies and generally just skid your bike with ABS?

I've never ridden a bike that has them.

I know when my ABS engages in my car it chatters like crazy, I'm not a big fan of it, but how do people feel about it on their bikes?

ABS systems on motorcycles are meant to save your bacon when Brain Dead Cage pulls out in front of you. The good ABS systems detect when the rear wheel is in the process of leaving the ground, and back off front braking just a hair, so that it stops short of coming up, to get the maximum possible braking deceleration. Result ... no stoppies.

BUT ... Not all ABS systems are sophisticated enough to have rear-wheel-lift detection.

And, the better systems have an "off" button for those times when you want to play around. (BMW's does. Honda's ABS system - thus far - doesn't.)
