ahahaha...ok, so one of my friends told me once when he was working late shifts and riding home he would be really tired, dozing on and off and would go a few blocks before waking up and still be on his bike...he never crashed, but it freaked him out one morning and didn't remember riding home, so he quit work...angel sitting on his shoulder...

And in the extended version of this video, the rider is shown getting loaded into a coroner's truck... unfortunate.

For the life of me I cannot fall asleep while riding my bike, the wind and oxygen keep me awake, thank God! But I have a nasty habit of falling asleep at the wheel of my car, and nothing can keep me awake, not even coffee or coca-cola, especially if I have the heater on and soft music.

turn off your heater and never listen any soft music in your car! Just pay a bit attention for ppl outside (in front) of your car instead

While in the cage, I slap myself in the face to wake up. There was this one time, I punched myself so hard, I gave myself a bloody nose.

    sunflower seeds, trucker's secret!

Do anything that involves thinking... recite the alphabet backwards

Get one of those squishy balls from the dollar store and start squishing it and that will keep you awake.

I don't know but it works... Probably keeps your mind busy... If it's busy it can't sleep.
