Sunday, July 18th - Start at the Forks of the Credit

Who wants to meet early Sunday morning to ride from the Forks of the Credit down to Snake Rd. The forecast looks great, so it should be a fun ride as I'll make it as twisty as possible all the way down.

Meeting Point: Coffee Time in Erin. This is located at the T-intersection of Main St. and Hwy.124. This is fairly close to the Forks and to an Esso gas station to top up. The exact address is 9 Main Street, Erin ON which is the star on the map.

Time: Earlier the better, but let's try to meet up for 8:40 am and leave at 9:00 am sharp!

Pace: Medium pace, except while were going through the smaller hamlets which I respect. No one will be left behind, so ride at your comfort level.

    Distance: Approx. 185 kms

Post up if your interested - thanks!!

You can certainly jump in with us and then branch off in Milton for the demo.

I’d rather be riding my motorcycle thinking about God than sitting in church thinking about my motorcycle.

The route is about 185 kms, so it'll be at least 3 hours depending on the usual factors - pace, size of group, rider experience etc....

We'll being making a pit stop at the Timmies on Trafalgar/401 which is about half way, so you could branch off there and head downtown.

No requirement per say and I don't want to shy anyone away from the ride, but in general one should be pretty comfortable/confident on their bike as there will be lots of everything, twist/turns etc. So, if someone is just starting out and still getting comfortable with the basics then this may not be the best suited ride.

My goals are pretty simple and probably common with everyone else, lets have a safe, but enjoyable ride!

Nice clear, cool morning...I'll be there at 8:40 am, see you there!

And for anyone interested in joining halfway through, the pitstop has changed to the Petro Canada gas bar in Georgetown south which also has a Timmies beside it. Its located on Mountainview Rd just south of Argyll Rd.
Should be there around 10:15 to 10:30 I would think...
