Thats cool.. What I ideally would like is the leader to know *EXACTLY* the route were taking so there are no ""OOPS I FORGOT WHICH WAY IM SUPPOSED TO GO" issue's... I know little mistakes are inevitable, but when you have a lot of riders, it is very inconviencing when having to wait for a large group to turn around. We also want to be safe, so we have to ensure that the leader will respect everyones pace, as well as look for the best interest of all rider's and their safety if in fact the wrong turn is made.

*Example*. - Wrong turn occurres, then quickly tries to turn around - forgetting that there are a large amount of riders that now have to do the same thing, taking traffic into consideration.

Long story short, we need someone who will act as a leader in mentality and responsibility.

As for sweeper, we need someone who will make sure no one is left behind.

I would like to have the last two people in the group setup a simple system.

Last guy will stay with whoever is left behind *ESPECIALLY IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION*

Second last guy would catch up to the leader and inform him of the occurrence. This way someone can be with whoever is stuck and the group is notified.

Ok I'm so psyched for a Sunday ride....and not a wild one....just damn glad to be back in the seat again. This morn after being all giddy from the night before, having just fixed my bike; I get to my bike and see I leaked about 100mm of oil from the pan (I used the same gasket again, when removing the pan to flush the engine).

So I call all the Kawi dealers, no one can get the gasket in [$18] earlier than Monday, and all the service departments are backed up till next week!! So my Sunday ride in celebration of fixing my bike after my track lowside, Rossi's return!!!!, and riding with you fine gents, was in serious jeopardy!!!

So what do I do??? Hit the forums and find out I can make my own gasket from automotive gasket paper!

A quick trip to Canadian Tire, a few bucks later....I traced and cut out my very own gasket! Installed it with top and bottom beads of high heat silicone and guess what..............NO MORE LEAK!!!

So I will see you cats this Sunday in my Rossi gear!!!!

I am personally working on a map.. Have been at it for the past 2 days... From city pose pollution cruising to outskirt fresh air scenic to waterfront gliding (not litterlaly)... but you get the drift.. its not complete as im really taking the time to map it out...

Anyways, im still looking forward to seeing other maps .. but just giving the heads up that im also personally working on one that hopefully people will enjoy.

FROM 12PM TO 1PM WE ARE GOING TO DISCUSS HOW THE RIDE WILL GO, WE WILL DISCUSS SAFETY ISSUES.

WE WILL DEPART AT 1PM SHARP!!!

THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU SHOULD SHOW UP AT 1PM!
IF YOU SHOW UP AFTER 12PM, YOU WILL MISS OUT ON CRUCIAL INFORMATION THAT MIGHT BENEFIT YOU.

If you show up after 12pm, I dont want you feeling singled out, or misinformed on certain things. I want EVERYONE comfortable and enjoying themselves!

IF YOU SHOW UP AFTER 1PM *DO NOT* be upset that we left.

This is me saying this to you 7 DAYS in advance AND IN WRITING!. So no reason for anyone to be late.

We will go over all the particular detail to the trip on the day of *INCLUDING* on a decision where to stop for lunch, so if you want your input considered then be there for 12pm.

**Now, back to the point of this trip!**

It will be a very scenic fun day for all of us as long as we are on the same page!
As previously mentioned, it is open to everyone, including M1 riders (no hwy, however they must be comfortable with the route as it will contain some sharp turns in some of the roads)
Passengers are welcome.

This will be a memorable ride and experience for everyone!! As im sure everyone will enjoy it!

hey guys, just a heads up. just in case no one has read up on the aftermath of that 507 ride that went down today on the east end. it sounded to me that someone gave up the route and that there was opp everywhere which spoiled the ride. 3 ppl so far i read got ticketed. a rider even gave the impression that the opp was waiting for them.
i know taleb already stated that this is gonna be a laid back scenic cruise, which is cool, but just so that we don't get harassed, maybe we should not post up the route and reveal it at the meet. i trust taleb's decision and im sure it'll be one to remember. just a suggestion.
