I had all my gear on here in Kitchener. Both coming to work...and also took a quick spin, to catch a glimpse of the Queen (she was in town).
As long as I was moving, I was fine.

kudos to you. Everyone I saw was squiding and I don't blame them, its hot as hell out there. I had on my vented leathers but i was sweating buckets once i got to school (downtown commuting leads to alot of stopping and waiting).
Anyone else in full gear today?

Leather jacket, gloves and thick denim. DVP/Gardiner to work though, so it was a brisk pace that kept me relatively cool...

I was going to, but there was no way I would have passed out as I'm no good in the heat.. Just wore the gloves with my dress clothes to work.. And helmet of course..
Rode in all my gear yesterday and will do today as well. Better be safe the sorry
I was in full gear and I still manage to fog up my glasses, I should use contacts..
full gear, hell no! not today
just helmet and gloves, only problem is that I don't have a place for my ipod if I'm not wearing my jacket.
so lets hear some suggestions, where do you guys put your ipod other than a jacket pocket?

LOL very true. I normally wear my leather jacket always, but not today. The bike also warmed up in less than half the time today. Now that's hot!
I was out for a bit around lunch time, cruised down part of the Niagara Parkway. The usual full leathers, boots gloves etc It wasn't that bad. Now if I was sitting stuck in traffic, it would have been a different story.
And the VFR was running noticeably hotter in the heat, even on the highway.
Depending on what ipod, one of the guys on VFRD mentioned Velcroing his Ipod shuffle to his helmet.
dress pants and a dress shirt for me. I had to bring my back pack with my rain gear just in case. I'm not getting heat stroke for gear nazi's.
Squid today, helmet and gloves. I was still very hot. If I wore my jacket then I would have passed out.
I rode full gear today as well, wife wont let leave the house otherwise. LOL
Leather Jacket, gloves, boots, jeans.
2000 CBR F4, stock as a rock for now.
Shorts, t-shirt and sneakers for me in this weather. No freakin' way I'm wearing any kind of gear. Heat exhaustion is more dangerous than the chance of going down.

My bike is a video star! youtube.com/watch?v=Ju9caIDWQ40
I'm wearing "normal" gear... which would be leather jacket, leather gloves, low-cut riding boots, and knee/shin guards that go under pants (khaki's today)
My JR leather jacket has wicked venting, so no worries about too much heat. Too much cold is usually the problem, heh. I think I'll just wear a beater underneath on the way home, tho.
I just came back from getting my chain tightened. Rode in full gear...Harley man pulls up beside me at a stop, tshirt and beanie helmet, points at me and asks "aren't you hot in that?".
