Niagara route please

Me and a buddy are planning to go for a ride to Niagara on Canada day but to beat the traffic we want to go through twistiest. I was wondering if anyone can suggest a route? Let me know if you know a nice side road/route or if theres a group ride there for Canada day.Thanks

From Hamilton this is a route we do all the time. Best roads in the area for twisties.
