Since our June 17th trackday was such a blast we have added a suprise date to our trackday calendar!
July 1st, Canada Day. Come celebrate at the track!
Here is the outline for the Canada Day , July 1st trackday at Toronto Motorsports Park hosted by Racer5.
We will be offering:
Racer5 250sr rentals
Great way to try out a trackday without having to trailer and prep your own bike. Rent a 250SR for only $99.99 for the day! (plus regular trackday fee)
(Racer5 250 sr's can only run in the green group, please visit WWW.Racer5.ca for rental terms and conditions. Please contact Racer5 directly at info@Racer5.ca or 416-915-4135 to book a trackbike; all bookings must occur prior to the trackday).
Free Track Intro Session for all first time day participants
(please ensure you are at the track by 7:00 to tech and register before the session starts at 8:00)
For people unsure of what group they should be signing up for here is our guidelines for each group :
Red : Experienced Trackday Riders/ Racers
Average Laptimes - 1:23.99 and lower
Safe passing allowed anywhere on the track.
Yellow: Intermediate level Trackday Riders
Average Laptimes - 1:34.99 - 1:24
No passing once the bike you are attempting to pass has started turning into a turn.
Passing during braking before a turn, and corner exit permissible as long as you maintain a minimum of 6 feet between yourself and the bike you are attempting to pass.
Green: Beginner level
Average Laptimes - 1:35 and higher
No passing except for the front staight, maintain a minimum 8 feet between the bike you are passing.

7:00am - Gates Open
7:15am - 8:30am - Tech Inspection, Registration
8:00- 8:25am - Free Track intro session, recommended for all first time trackday participants.
8:30am - 8:45 - Riders Meeting
9:00am - First track session starts
12:00pm-1:00pm - Lunch
1:00pm - Track sessions resume
5:00pm - End of Day
Space is limited
To avoid disappointment we strongly encourage pre-registering for this event.
Pre-registration: $90 (plus GST)
Registration at Track: $115 (plus GST)

We wll be runing the Canada Day Trackday in Standard direction.
We normally run our reverse dates only on days that preceede SOAR race weekends that are run in reverse.
Look forward to seeing you guys there, Looks like its flling up really fast!
