    Its actually a folding stand (none of the bolts are tightened in the pic).

    Not nearly as good as a center stand is, but I do not have a center stand on my bike at the moment and I did have this from when I had sport bikes on the street. It works well for doing things like lubing the chain, or repairing a flat, and it fits under the seat. Wouldn't want to pull a rim off using it or other major work, but then again I wouldn't want to do that on the road anyway.
