Oh sorry, no i understand that. The knee pump im talking about is at corner entry befor there is any lean angle.

There just moving there butt on the seat before they start braking so that it doesn't unsettle the suspension while braking and your already in position for leaning the bike in. Everybody has different styles...

I do it mostly with my left foot/leg after a shift just to make sure my foot is in the right spot on the peg.. but i dont think i do it as much as them quick guys.
