The F3 is still born. Until they find a buyer, the bike's development is on hold. It was in the news a few months back.
Did Harley Davidson buy them out? Like 1-2 years ago?

I just watched an episode of Twist the Throttle. They did one on MV Agusta. I thought the new owners were an Italian family which carried forward the legacy of the original Agusta family. And not harley Davidson as the article suggets. Which if true means they already have the funding....
