If by trackday you mean Turn 2's CRG, then yes! There will be ARC courses and CRG offered on the same day.

CRG 2 and CRG 3 are, to all intents and purposes, track days as you would understand them. Assuming you are running CRG 3 (Advanced) then the only 'obstacle' on the track may be an ARC 3 class, which would feature intermediates aiming to advance up to advanced track riding.

CRG does have an instructor with each group who will lead, follow or stay away from you, whatever you request.

Aside from that, it's the usual 20 minutes on, 40 off pattern of a normal day. Just at a beautiful track with great facilities.
