Thanks for the positive review of the DDM kits. Yeah everyone in my order from the first group buy spent less than 70.00 for their two bulb kits.

The price has indeed gone up slightly since the first group by but only by 5 dollars for most kits so it's really not that big of a deal.

Before: 55W H7 STOCK Low beam

    After: 55W H7 8000k HID Low beam

Same distance away from garage door. Same aperture, shutter speed, and ISO. Distance from the ground to the top of the beam is about 2 feet. Hardly high enough to blind on coming motorists.

Wow man, great pics. Yeah, those 55w kits really light it up! If i'm driving with my high beam on, I can see the light on the road during the day in daylight!!! LOL!

Vid from start up test tonight. I love the colour shift, and the fact that the R6 doesn't turn the headlights on until AFTER the bike is started

    LICK FOR VIDEO!!

Sorry for the wacky vid. I'll take another one at dusk tomorrow, instead of night, and have the camera off center a bit. Should work better.

My bike's output is 55w to low and 60w to high.....add me to the list, PMed.
I installed and used HIDs on my last bike for several years without any electrical problems or complaints from other drivers.

I may have to extend the group buy cut off by a bit because I don't have my new license in the mail yet (recently changed address on my license). Since DDM requires a copy of my drivers license to verify shipping address is the same as address on license I will have to wait for my license to arrive. Should be in sometime next week as it was two weeks ago that I changed my address. As soon as my license comes in, I'll give everyone 1 day after that to get their deposits/order to me so I can place the order.

This is generally the "car" kit: http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DD...ast-35W-or-55W

This is the motorcycle kit: http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DD...rcycle-HID-Kit

No idea why ours is cheaper by $5!

Like how blue do you want? If you are going with a 55watt kit get the 12k, if going with 35watt get the 10k. Those will be plenty blue without a coated bulb. Anything over 12k is more purple then blue.

    http://ddmtuning.com/support/index.p...eid=38&nav=0,2

If you want something REALLY blue and you don't mind not being able to see much at night, you can get a coated bulb. I've seen this brand before (look at the BOTTOM row of bulbs):

    http://www.lumenez.com/hidkits.html

The purple is NUTS, and the blue is about the bluest you can get. I've never seen anyone rocking red, green or pink. Send them an e-mail, I think the bulbs are $20 each iiRC. Do your low beam blue and your high beam purple .

So, buy the DDM deal here, sell your bulbs that come with the kit or keep em as spares and order some crazy bulbs from someone else.

I'm waiting on my new license to place the order because they need a copy of it to verify my address for shipping with that on my license... and some people haven't given me their deposit yet..

spreadsheet started already, just need to update it with all the deposits i received on the weekend but haven't been home yet to adjust things.. I will update it tonight and email all those who have given me a deposit/email address.. those who haven't given a deposit yet will receive a PM with instructions how to give me the deposit.. I'm hoping to have the order in by the end of the week.. if my license doesn't come in by then I'm going to use my dad's credit card and license and just pay him for the order
