I like the posters idea about doing through the community, but I suppose that could be risky/dangerous. The cops are useless though. I used to live across the street from a known drug/crack house, and it took about 3 years for it to be finally cleaned up. They even asked me if they could do surveillance from my house. They told me that only in rare cases did the owner face retribution from the criminals. **** that I said - no way. The house was so known to the police, that when I called to have cars towed from blocking my driveway (happened all the time) they'd send out the parking cops with a regular cop because they knew the parking cop would get hassled.
