Gcrouse, its quite possible than no one here really knows.
Anyways I had a look at it using Google Maps and if you go to the street view and look at White Boundry road where it intersects ,it shows gravel.
So yes its a gravel road.
Would have been nice if it was paved, it looks like theres lots of twistys.
