try southland insurance. i pay 900 for my 250. i am 23 n got insured at 22. If its still high have your dad get his license n put the bike under his name n insure him as primary and u as secondary should be cheaper that way.

This is fraud, and cannot be done. This has been discussed many times on the board.

State Farm didn't drop you with four convictions?! I'm surprised. You must have other products with State Farm?

    Hi
yes I have ... it comes to broker or agent for my category. I just don't really have a clue as to where I go from there. Im trying to do some more research but don't know exactly how insurances work (my car is in my moms insurance so I never really had to deal with it b4)

I would suggest you take your time. Get your license now, but wait on a bike. In a year, you would have been licensed for a year and you also would be 21. At that point your quotes may be a little more affordable. Bikes are not a cheap hobby, and the premiums can be quite high for the combination of youth and inexperience. Patience will save you a lot of money in the end, and it will also allow you to enter the scene better informed as to what your choices are.

I've been with them for 10 years, they said they usually drop people after 3 but they did me a favour and charged a ridiculous premium on my car instead. My bike went up but my car quadrupled.

I actually got in contact with a broker and without my m2 she said 1900 a year ... so there is light at the end of this (insurance) tunnel lol
