    Hard to find a USED...

    I'm looking hard for a 250cc White Sport/Street bike, like a Ninja250r or CBR250.

I bought the white gear (helmet, jacket etc.) and kinda feel stupid now that I can't find one anymore. I saw a few a while ago but I just can't find any atm.

How rare is a white motorcycle of my asking these days?

None of the new Kawi 250r's came in white from the factory. I'm guessing the older Kawi Ninjas, and CBR 250s came in white occasionally (littered decals probably too)

If you want a white 250cc bike that bad and are not willing to wait for one to appear (tough to say when that'd happen), then your best best is to buy a bike now, and paint it yourself.

The very original, 1986 and 1987, Ninja 250, was available in white with red trim.

I can't think of any other model years that it was available in white although it's possible.

Good luck. This body style of Ninja 250 is *extremely* rare. I haven't seen one on the road in years, and they didn't sell all that many to begin with back then. Personally, I think it's the best of the bunch, but that's just me.

    YOU BOUGHT WHITE GEAR??????

It is going to get filthy.

Problem solved. Stop looking for a white bike, look for a dirty bike.
    It'll match.

You can also lessen the costs by getting an all black motorcycle, it would go with white gear just fine.

Paint some black spots on your gear and ride a cow.

Aren't you worried you might get mown down by a snowplough?

Seriously though, does it really matter?

Bad idea to look for a used bike that has to be a certain color.

The KTM I bought just had to be orange though.

Haha, if you take your fashion that seriously, just get a black bike and throw some white stripes on it.

    Good luck with your search!

But, why buy gear before the bike? it's like buying wheels for a car before buying the car.

Haha. To be fair, if you are taking your M1-Exit with a training course, likely the bike is provided to you but gear is not. So you would end up buying some based on what you might think you'd like to buy when you have your M2.

It's actually White and Black, looks really nice, Joe Rocket.

If I can't find one I'm thinking of buying a 250r and just painting it white.
Paintjobs aren't that expensive I hear.

And yes Jota! That's exactly it. My courses are this weekend and I had to buy the gear, I figured white would suite almost anything. The other anything option was black and I really wasn't interested in it.

Sell your gear while you can. A white lid's fine...that's easy to clean. My jacket is only about a 1/8ths white and it's already getting noticeable dirty. At this rate, I'm going to have to dry-clean it every 3 weeks- a month.

You can get a CBR125 in white if you are willing to get that instead of those bikes you listed.

the only thing I got with any colour was the helmet I bought last weekend at Royal, which i figure if I really don't like or it doesn't match whatever bike i buy it can be used as a passenger helmet or i'll sell it cheap. Black goes with everything, and doesn't get dirty as easily.
