It's a redundant application,, if you put the curbing to define the chicane,, then use the bales to penalize them from cutting the curbing,, why bother with the curbing? Not to mention,, Donavan allready wants to jump it,, but on a 600 or 1000 that may be harder not to mention harder to throw about in the air. So it would enhance guys balling it up into the corner.
Ken has so much on his platter now,, making it more complicated with redundancey is not something he has the time for,, nor the money.
