too cheap for a 900 ninja?

I recently came upon an ad for a pair of 900 ninjas for 3k. one 1985 the other 84. what are the odds of them being in good shape for that price? i dont know if its just because of the age or because theyre racked off.

3k seems very expensive for bikes that are 25 year old!!! i wouldn't pay more than 800 bucks..

depending on the condition though right. i wonder how theyd match up to a now'a'days bike. probably heavier and less power for the cc's

That does seem very expensive. If they're in good shape, maybe $1,500 tops?

500lbs, outdated suspension, weird tire size. If you're a collector, maybe. For regular riding, probably not the best bike.
