Suggestions for roads between Toronto / Pittsburgh / Scranton

I'm planning a trip to Pennsylvania in mid September with my gf. So far we plan to spend one night in Pittsburgh (to watch a Rush concert), and then the next day we go to Scranton to pretend we're in the Office

Can anyone suggest some "must see" roads or interesting sights along the way?

Rush concert, eh? Have you read Ghost Rider by Neil Peart? Good read. I have driven to pittsburgh from toronto many times and I always enjoy the scenery. I suggest you head East of Pittsburgh and ride in the Appalachians.
