Hi,
I've had a G-class license for more than 5 years now. I've had my full G for just over 4, G2 for 4 years before that I think. I've never had my own insurance.
My dad and I got into an argument over what State Farm's requirements are. Do they want me to have had a G-class license for 5 years, or do they want 5 years of driving experience? Do they evaluate it based on past insurance history? So the fact that I've never had insurance, would that be an issue?
Thanks.

What it doesnt explain is what Viffer has explained before, Its not since your G1 technically. It depends how long you have held onto your G1 and G2.
You can also msg a Statefarm agent in the Insurance Specilist link:

Any one of them can help you with your questions.
Hope this helps.
