Who decides on the number to put on your track bike?

If you're not racing with a sanctioning organization then you can pick any number you want.
Some track day organizations will want you to change it with a piece of tape if 2 are the same

Simon at altered image has done a bunch of ours on this board. Really bang up job!
All I know is that I was told to never ask for advice at the track from a racer with more than 1 digit number.
