I am still waiting for my pic to appear on here.

Of course be at Yonge and Eglington, should (when) the Canadiens beat Washington in game #7.

There will be something to take a pic of.

it depends on how you set up your auto focus. In sunny conditions, I use a small aperture and use cars going by to set my focus.

In dimmer conditions, I use auto focus. I just set it up that it autofocuses only at a point (as opposed to an average of the scene). I autofocus on the bike, and it's usually instantaneous (I already have it close).

That is a 1989-ish B-model ZX10 ... without the "R". Looks to be in great shape, too, at least from this distance. I haven't seen one of those around for a LONG time!

it's pretty random. I live in leaside, so bayview north of the extension is one place i hang out (that's where i got the norton and the cbr). millwood drive with the leaside bridge is another place I like (where I got the blue ninja).

the zx-10 and the harley were taken on brant st in burlington which is a place I hardly ever go to haha (it takes about 1.5 hours to get there in sunday traffic).

Just don't try to take a picture of Haichi-Roku's BSA or he'll pull a Sean Penn on you.

Nice ZX-10 and nice Norton too.

The old ZX-10 use to at one point be the fastest production bike.... still fast as hell, even for today's standards. That generation first came out in 1988 if I'm not mistaken and use to be called the "Tomcat".

Re: Random Riders around Toronto; I'm taking photos if you don't mind

I don't think the zx10 in Koala's picture and the one linked to in the other thread are the same one. Look at the trim around the windshield on Koala's picture (stock windshield) and the absence of that on the other one (probably a Zero Gravity replacement). The tank bra that the other owner wanted to keep on the bike, also suggests that they're different. So, that means there's at least two of those classic (and awesome) zx10's on the road around here!

Re: Random Riders around Toronto; I'm taking photos if you don't mind

I've got a new photo kit now, so I decided to go back to motorbike watching!

A couple nice catches in this batches. Feel free to add details regarding model year and what not.

Nice vintage BMW. Any idea what year? I wonder if the hack job is authentic.

    R6

    Vespa LX150

    The hack from another side.

    CBR600 F4i

    Gixxer 1000

    Another Vespa

    Cheers!

I swear I've seen that guy with the baseball bat before.
Well, another silver sport bike with a black helmet and same color baseball bat sticking out of his backpack.

But I saw this dude like last summer.

Guess he always carries it with him?
