What time is a Jevco policy effective?

I am switching over from SF to Jevco this season ($550 as opposed to $1100 and dealing with Avi's a bonus).. Long story short, SF didn't cancel my policy as of my expiration date so I have to send them another form to do it and they're asking me for a date and time of cancellation. My Jevco policy is effective the last day of my SF policy. Does that mean it's effective at midnight of that day and I can cancel the SF policy effective 00:01?

I think you should clarify with Avi or your SF agent, but I believe that if your new policy is effective (for example) 23 Mar. 2010 that means from the first split-second of the 23rd, 12:00:00.000001 am

Your policy is effective at 12:01am! from lets say (example)March 29th 2010, and your statefarm expires at 12:01am, if its the same day on (example)March 29th 2010. This would ensure that there is no gaps in coverages, and a seemless transition over to Jevco.

The date I put is the date my Jevco policy kicks in. Only the time was left blank until I got my answer from Hytham (thanks buddy)
