It has some issues though, it won't calculate the whole route at once, you need to generate routes country by country.
There are ways to crack Garmin's mapquest and it will do it for you too.

Google maps seems to stop doing it's job at Mexico but I need to map out routes all the way to Argentina.
Anyone have an online mapping site that equals the info I get from google maps but includes central and south America?

I see that Google Maps has streets on the map but I guess you mean it doesn't do routing down there. I was going to suggest perhaps one of the Garmin Maps but on looking at their site they don't seem to have South America.
If you do come across a solution I'd love to hear it!

Bing does the trick!
How are you going to deal with the darien gap?
Mental health who needs it?There is a reason you never see motorcycles infront of a therapists office.
I'm looking at going to Belize for now but asking for a map that ended there seemed odd!
I'll have to look into the Darien Gap issue more, I wasn't even really aware of it. I did find out, quickly, that vehicles can be shipped around it for nearly cheaper than the cost to fly around.
The Vespa is a reliable old girl but I'll be taking this...
Sweet ride!
Check out ADVrider - Powered by vBulletin they have a lot of ride reports that may help you.

I used to live in Medellin, Colombia for 4 years. Basically, there are no roads through the Darien Gap. You will have to put your bike on some sort of boat and get to the Colombian coast and then proceed south. A few years ago, some Dutch guy did a world tour on an R1. I think his name was Sjaak Lucassen.
