    Cruise Control...

    To all Stunters out there... i have a question for all of you, im pretty sure you guys can help me due to this is you area...

    What are you guys using to keep a "steady" speed in your bikes..?? i mean... any kind of cruise control...

    I was doing some research and i found these...

    BreakAway but it cost around 299 US

    or you are using an "O-Ring" which cost 2 dls at Home Depot..

    EDITED: sorry... just to give you an idea why i want to keep a "certainly" speed... i always try to take some pics while im riding... but i lose speed when im doing it... i want to keep the speed while shotting... (y)

    Throttlemeister look like a good choice... but it is pricy...

    stunters can coast because they change their idle to a higher rpm making the bike never stall out.

    in your case you might want to look a cheaper options like a throttle lock

    thanks.... great advice.. i saw it before when i start searching.... but this one looks a litte "rustic"... but thanks..!!! now we are talking or writting...

    We just turn our idle adjustment up to idle around 3500rpm, most of the newer sport bikes are coming with remote adjusters. Throttle locks wouldn't work for us because we need to be able to give more throttle, and have it drop back to the raised idle. Not unlock like a throttle lock would.

    High idle lets you coast with less throttle input, but it will still stall when you make a mistake. And thats when you get tossed over the front of the bike, aka stall buck.
