I had Ted certify my friends bikes at my house in Richmond Hill for $80/bike. But this was in the summer so maybe it'll be cheaper in the winter.
Don't do it at Motorcycle City. They are a hassle, they rip you off, and over expensive. I did mine at Motorcycle City before my friends did it with Ted and Motorcycle City is a Piece of Sh*T..
Ted is probably the fastest and most convenient there is.. give him a call.
$80 is pretty much regular price for Ted if he has to drive out (he will go pretty far though). $40 at his shop.
