Fellas, we all know that big block is a car expression. It's a commonly used phrase that means a particular thing, nothing else.

The purpose of any language is to communicate. Once you start saying oranges while talking about apples there is a HIGH chance of miscommunication.

Here we have a good example of men pride. It's OK to admit that you were wrong once in a while, it helps. If it does not help you, it helps others.

These movies are great, but those are movies from 99 (ZZR+XX+R1+GSXR1300) and 2000 (or 2001 the ones with ZX12), so its a nice repost every winter. We have to keep them circulating.

    Cheers, and be nice!

The only car of that level of awesomeness i can relate to personally is a '89 Mustang with a 331 stroker and a very large turbo. It was a track only car making about 800hp. IIRC it was the fastest Mustang in Canada using a stock rear diff housing and suspension system. (IE not 4-link or ladder bar).

Yes, and the Triumph Rocket is much bigger, so is the Suzuki M109R.

lol so if your claiming 1L plus is a big block how does a 7/11 mod work?

    a 7/11 mod is a 1100cc motor in a 750cc frame..gsxr.

I may be wrong, but I think that 750 and 1100 shared the same block. I mean I had 7/11 for I think 6 years but I may be mistaking. I think that 1100 and Bandit 1200 had the same block as well. If not the same than 80% similar (I may be wrong on that as well). Well engine covers and a lot of internals were interchangeable.

Wow. I can't believe I had to edit the thread title to stop arguments.

    I hope spring comes soon.
