I have seen this done in less than 15 minutes for certain.
Perhaps you should take your business elsewhere.
How much do they charge for an oil change?
Kahuna e-mailed you back?? WTF?!?! I thought for a while that their spam filter must be deleting my messages (as happens a lot, I run my own mail server). I sent two e-mails to accessories and three to parts! Never heard back from anyone! I call Fabio in parts. Says he'll call me back. Never does! I send another e-mail and get no response so I go in a few days later. Get to Fabio in parts. He's like "I never got your e-mail". I say the part numbers were in the e-mail, look for it. He fires up Outlook, it downloads 172 new f'ing messages! Messages weeks old. I get him to type Jamie in the search box. There's all 6 of my messages. Yay. Gonna stop dealing with companies that can't use e-mail. Phones suk.

Scarborough group ride 4.0! Every Sunday, 1:30, Timmies at KC!!! Facebook group!! ^^^ OMG ROFL!!! ^^^
Dress for the crash, not for the ride...
Ouuuuuuch!! LOL!! Someone still sounds alittle bitter...
...Fab is a good guy, but the place is pretty busy. It's Kahuna's fault, not his. They should designate someone to solely run the online/email part of their business. They would get better reviews. If Fab alone is getting over 100 emails, could you image the number in total?? I'm sure the accessories dept gettings just as many, if not more, and there are only 2 main guys there (Scott and Jimmy).
...I would apply for the email correspondant there, but I don't want you guys bashing me too

under ten minutes is easy
I can take a wheel off, mount and balance a tire and put it back on the bike in 13.5 minutes. (last time I timed myself) CBR 600 rear wheel

I'll give you 3 tries at the answer to that one.
Guys,
In my day-job I'm a Microsoft Certified Professional and MCSA.
Kahuna has been having terrible computer problems.
When they first moved to the new building (the old Ferrari place) they couldn't get highspeed. They had to hook up satellite on the roof.
Half of it was already in place up there, from the Ferrari guys, but was a mess.
Then their network never worked exactly right like it did in the old place...
Also a couple of important PCs quit and were replaced with new Win7 rigs.
The time to fix this stuff up is over the winter, and I did.
Most recently, they had a bad flood (broken city pipe) and PCs wiped out, including some of the new ones...
Also, they were still on winter 'skeleton staffing' until just a week ago, when all the full-time summer guys returned to the fray.
After ~5 years with his same computer, Fabio has had 3 different ones in the last 2 months.
Things are ship-shape there now, everything slick, and top-quality new equipment.
I know EMail is extremely important to Kahuna, as is all customer service to them.
Scotty spends a great deal of time working his accessory EMails, and I tuned his computers up real good :^)
So again - things are great there now, but they had a weird (disrupted) off-season.
It's a real busy place but they're all good guys, very knowledgeable, and can now help everyone better if they're able to.
Regards
Old Ninja, runs good.
Gryph,
Don't bother, EVERYONE on the internet expects their questions to be answered within 10 min of pressing the send button, you already know this.
Your damage control attempt on behalf of your client will just have them claiming you are incompetent, regardless of your particular skill set.
