Support Opportunity – Armour Bodies

A message to my fellow racers. I have obtained support from Armour Bodies for the 2010 season. When speaking with Billy of Armour Bodies he informed me that he would like to provide factory direct support (Discounted Product) to approximately 10 Amateur level Canadian riders for the coming season. Armour Bodies is looking for well rounded and respected representatives to provide information to new racers and trackday riders to increase the profile of the company.

Billy is excepting resumes for the 2010 season.

wow. billy has come a long way with his armour bodies business.

having previously lived in north bay, i remember billy in his very very early business days. he basically just had a bunch of bikes in his back yard. this was the start of his salvge yard. later he moved to a much larger place with a good sized shop. later, race fairings were being prep'd in the back.

now he's at the fore front of the race fairing business.

i talked to billy several years ago when he was racing at north bays runway romp (VRRA).

at this point he was doing very well with armour bodies, and i mentioned his old place with the bikes in his backyard. he looked at me and said "yeh, we used to eat a lot of kraft dinner back then".

billy was/is a winner in business. now he's a winner giving back to the sport.

I think all those bikes and parts are still sitting in that garage on Hwy 11.

Billy is excellent and loves to support where he can.

oh you young guys...... BEFORE that garage/shop, he had an actual house on besserer rd. where he ran his business out of the backyard!

I got a call from him today while i was out back movin stuff around in the shop. Hopefully i'll get a chance to talk to him soon.

Hey Guy and Gals,

I spoke with Billy yesterday and have some updates. The original post has been modified to indicate that Armour Bodies is offering "Support". This is a chance at Discounted Product.

Billy has informed me that he has chosen some racers to be part of the program and he is excited to be directly involved at the Amateur level in Canada.

Resumes are still being accepted. Please provide your racing history and 2010 plans. A cover letter with your personal info always helps. Make sure you include a phone number (and time) as he prefers to speak to candidates on the phone.
