When I worked for Rogers at the ACC, we would put Don Cherry up on full blast during intermission and huge crowds literally flocked in to hear what Don had to say about the game. As soon as he was done speaking they would dissolve. The regulars would even come hear Don before going to the washroom or buying more beer. The guy has quite a following among seasons ticket holders and I can see why.

In my mind he's the only high profiled Canadian that cares about our soliders.

Some may think he donates his air time for publicity purposes and improving his brand value, but i disagree.

IMO this Country needs more outspoken people like grapes, we have way too many media folk that put there politically correct first opinions on everything.
