    Quality? They are simple clips made of wire bent into shape then zinc plated....Not much to look for as far as quality goes.....Unless your a baller, then get some SS ones...

    Ie: The clips are not made of spring steel and bend easily, or fail to spring back to unlocked shape. If the clip is easily bent or has no spring return, it retains nothing.

    They work just like a safety pin, and always stay locked....I wouldn't worry about quality they work really good
