ICE RACING !!! informal kind

Anyone know of a any area ... large pond or just ice with snow on it --- for ice racing ?? GTA area. Not bald ice but snow packed down on ice

Nevermind drooling about road racing.. Ice racing with a hack bike that you don't mind crashing is great --- and you will!! Light bikes are best .. stripped down

we had a BLAST racing on ice/snow with just bald tires ( the SLICK effect ) way back when...

In fact crashing, sliding on ice snow is great practice for roadracing since you are out of control at least 50% of the time .. but also amazing how fast you can get going !!??

TRICK. trick is to ride in the ruts that are built up ... you can actually lean into them !!

Send me email if you want to do this ... better than just watching snow fall and checking email ... sick of winter already .. only 2 days into it

Man, ice racing sounds fun, let me know if something comes up. I got a spare bike laying around that'll do the trick.
