How do you make a poll?

I see the poll option, but don't have an opportunity to put in the options? Does that come up after I make the new thread?

Is there any editing of the options once the thread is created, or once it's up it's a done deal?

You create the poll after the post has been submitted.

I'm not sure if you can edit it afterwards. I think you can.
