It 'ONLY' produces 171WHP, could it be b/c it is a shaft drive, therefore more powertrain loss, compares to chain drive?
If i remember correctly, the s1k also has a ram-air intake, it addes an additional 5hp to the claimed 193HP. so really you are looking at 198HP peak at over 250km/hr.
wondering if it is possible to produce the so called "ram-air" effect on a dyno?
last question, does every other litre bike have a ram-air intake system?
I think every modern sport bike has RAM air of some kind, litre or not.
