Hey,
I heard that there was some crazy x-mas light house in Mississauga that put on a good show, anyone know where it is? Or even Brampton...
I feel like taking a ride and checking it out...

This one is just down the street from me. That huge pine tree gets stacked with decoration all the way to the top. and they put huge presents under the tree as well. sleds on rooftop.....

Go to the one in Georgetown, on Jocelyn Crescent. This guy goes all out and even uses his neighbours lawns to do his setup. Real nice and it grows every year.

this place is around the corner from my Mom's house in Thornhill
it is insane

while my Mom's street stays pretty calm....the circus that takes place on the street this house is on is something else....it's literally a traffic jam every evening, in a subdivision that has barely any traffic otherwise
Not sure if they still do it, but old pine crest in georgetown...off winston churchill just north of bovaird...use to decorate every house on the street(small stree) but i haven't been there in about three years to check it out so not sure if it's still going.
There is also a street in st. catherines where every house decorates and it actually has to be written in to the agreement when a house goes for sale that the new owner will decorate for xmas.
The Chase..... take Eglinton West to the Chase, and turn left (south). Keep going until the first or second stop sign. You'll see the house. Giant tree, giant presents, santa on the roof... the whole shebang.
that house's energy consumption makes up for the rest of the neighbourhood's lack of participation. lol
