    Where's the fun in that? I can build brighter ones than those if need be. Mine cost me about 19 cents to make lol.

    I just thought you'd want to save the time on signals and spend it on more important elements of the project, but it's your project...

    Yes, there's actually a ton of things I can do to make the job easier, I just like building when time permits. I appreciate any suggestions anyone can give.



    Here's a question: Should I completely disassemble the bike to paint it? It means removing the swing arm, forks, etc. I guess to build it right I should.

    I wouldn't .... at least not untl I know that the designed drive train is functional. I'd hate to waste time and money to only find out that the prototype is not working within the budget I set for myself.

    Agreed. I am going to weld in the battery trays, motor plate, and other placment plates for the electronics before I totally disassemble the motorcycle. I am going to have it powdercoated after the frame is done.

    build it to the point of completion, then tear it all down, powdercoat and paint then re-assemble it.

    There wont be any updates until after xmas. I should obtain the motor sometime in Jan then its on to welding the frame
