I've been meaning to make it out there since they opened so count me in.
A private rental sounds good since I'm not into banging bars with the next generation of "I wanna be like Bubba" kids anymore.

That sounds like there is an interesting story behind it.
I installed the propane system for the heating of that facility when it was put up, kids were riding it before it was finished... "testing" the layout I suppose.
The MX bike is put away for the winter... But if you guys pull this off, I'll just have to take it out, and then just store it once again.
I'll be home and able to ride at any time after the 11th. I haven't really rode hard since August due to work, and won't be riding hard this time either if I go since I can't get hurt or work will kill me when I get back!
And I'd be concerned with all the 14 year old mini bubbas on the weekend if you aren't used to bangin bars, those kids don't totally care who they take out... And who wants to get shown up by some kid on an 80?
Whats the track layout like this year? Is it much varied from a couple years ago?
so GTAM track day? who's in?
ME!
Thinkin about it takes all the fun out of it !
any day after the 11th please!
i am in for almost any day.
go to a thursday night if your not doing the private rental, its " vet night" so its open until 9
ps im probally in
I'm down I'm down I' down
(where is this place where it's going down?? lol)
I'm wise to your evil plan John.......
You don't have your bike parts back to put your bike together and don't want to miss out...
Nice try.

Is this track pretty much a 1st gear only track?
Is it warm enough to keep the frost out of the dirt?
depends how well you can ride, jumping and corner speed are the key.
its your standard, double horseshoe arenacross track.
I use 2nd and 3rd most of the time on my 250.
the surface is well groomed with good traction most of the time, I've ridden at -30c on 5 or 6 different occasions with no traction problems.
I'll be there on my friends KX125 this Saturday... Should be fun.
MODE ON
Here is this years layout: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pf1JYqcQZmc
Looks like a fun time!
I already know at least one guy interested in going is going to beat me!
This sounds fun.....But I just got started and cant even jump as well as the kids in the videos they have on the chesterman's site, Whats the skill level going to be like because it looks like an awesome place for me to learn.
