2010 SOAR Schedule

Times will be different. we will be installing a chicane about the current start line to slow the bikes down into T-1. The Jersey barriers will have to be swung around and the big bags moved that way. The problem is the runoff in T-1 is paved and if a bike tucks the front on brakes it will slide along way risking a wall hit or worse entering the pits.

The new T1 is what I was worried about on the reverse rotation....So much run off on the original T1, and you still have people blowing it completely and ending up over the mountain...I can easily see people blowing the new T1 and ending up in the snack bar...And the rookie cup starts with 32 people going into that new T1, would be even more interesting....

Starting 4th on the grid in my first race, thats all I was thinking about....And I could have probably made it, if I didnt forget to put the damn bike in gear and rev out neutral when the flag dropped...dohhhhh!

Everyone does that at some point.

I have a habit of constantly clicking the shifter up(gp shift) to 1st gear on the grid to make sure its in gear.

Unfortunately, I'm always racing other people's bikes and some are not GP shift.

I've had a couple of situations where I ended up starting in 3rd or 4th gear.

Im curious for anyone that ran TMP in reverse, how did your times compare to the regular rotation?

Ya it's fun. Nobody has been allowed to run full out because of the T-1 problem.

Thats why the T-1 should be 3rd gear after the chicane.

Bales. Dont want anyone to have the urge to blow through it. The track at the start line is close to 50 feet across so there is lots of room.
