Class will start right after the riders meeting (9ish). Best to be earlt to get your sign in, and bike tech done before the class sessions begin. Gates open at 7am.
I know this is a long shot but is there any chance of a school being held on a Saturday. Friday is difficult for me to get time off work etc.

Nope sorry we have a full schedule Sat and Sun. If you need a weekend school I would try Fast or T2 all our days are Fridays. Good reason to take a day off work

God luck, those weren't available last year until the morning of in some cases and the scheduling changes during the day to accommodate things like mother nature.
High level overview:
Friday school and practice day
Saturday practice morning, qualifying afternoon
Sunday practice morning, race afternoon
Interest rates may fluctuate and the climate may change from global warming but that overview you can bank on (unless Ken says otherwise!)

I asked last year for Round 5 and got a similar response, but I thought it was worth it to try again. I'm trying to plan my weekend, will be there Friday, can't make Saturday, will be there Sunday. I just wanted to know when the activities/ events I was interested in were going to be.

The weekends schedule was always posted on the website usually a day or two before each round - sometimes even a week. (Can change on the day of due to scheduling) Normally you click on the schedule - click on the date - and the weekends events will be posted there. The site is currently under construction with quite a few updates and the schedule will be posted by Wednesday. Stay tuned. Cheers!
